Laurence cox building services has been trading since 2001, growing from a carpentry background to a  full construction building service.

As I have grown we’ve been able to broaden our spectrum of work ranging from simple individual kitchen installations to full internal renovations and external extensions.

​

The main scope of our work comes form extensions and loft conversions which you can see in our gallery, with everything in between.

 

I pride myself on being able to take the whole job under my guidance and arrange everything from groundworks and drainage to decoration and floor finishing.

We also have a fantastic relationship with many architects and engineers who can help and guide you through the process.

 

As a young (relatively) builder, I’m aware, that with the progression of technology and eco requirements, these factors need to be embraced and feel strongly about the need for such changes to be thought about and considered in every aspect of the project no matter how big or small.

As Laurence cox building services have grown, we’ve also been able to carry out regular building & maintenance work for amazon and a number of other high street retailers.

We have a regular and very well respected set of dedicated tradesmen who specialise in their own individual fields and will always make sure they are qualified and suitable to carry out the required work.
